I start playing couple weeks after BC release so i did all Pre-BC content at lvl 70, in the server DRAKA, I joined "Lord of the Alliance" semi-casual guild and we got Karaz 11/11 Gruul 2/2 TK 3/4 SSC 3/6 and ZA 5/5 (mount runs),
then I Joined "The Knights of Ni" with my priest and we got MH 5/5 BT 9/9 Sunwell 4/6 pre-nerf and 6/6 pre-WoLK
At lvl 80 (begining of WoLK) I founded and Raid Lead a raiding guild called "Chain Pulls FTW" and with my Paladin we got Naxx 15/15 Ulduar 13/14 (3/4 keepers on HM) ToGC 4/5 ICC 11/12 (5/12 on HM)
At the same time my priest with "The Knights of Ni" got Naxx15/15 Ulduar 14/14 (all HM), ToGC 4/5 ICC 11/12 HM
My guild "Chain Pulls FTW" didnt survive the cataclysm and we went down to 10 man guild and we got 5/12 cataclysm bosses and stop raiding 3 weeks ago
and "The Knights of Ni" had a change of leadership, which when there is less than 25 the officers take their RL friends in a 10 man group, instead of taking the best for the job, and this is making ppl leave (I dont think the guild last longer than a month as 25 man raiding guild)

8. What do you think about beginning raids early and staying beyond the required raid times to down new content? Whatever is needed to kill new bosses

I dont have any Combatlog report since i stop raiding with this toon 3 weeks ago, and we didnt take the combatlog from our last 10 man runs, I will update this with screenshots as soon as I kill something in a pug (succesful PUGs are extreamly rare in my server)

I also use Power Aura Clasics, Quartz, Macro Bank (trying to take advantage of my 11 button mouse and keyboard, you sadly realize that the blizzard Macro UI dont have enough slots)

At the moment, Retribution for questing, but i have done half of cataclysm bosses as a tank as well (and all WoLK ones)
2. Are you able to play it as well as your main spec?
Yes, im able to play the 3 specs well.
3. Are you willing to change your main spec and/or secondary spec for guild needs?
Yes.
E. Professions
1. What are your 2 professions? if they are not maxed to the level of profession perks, why not?
JC and Enchanting, both at max level
2. If you have a gathering profession, what is stopping you from dropping it for a profession that benefits your stats more?
I dont have gather profession in my main toon.

1. What guild are you currently in? Who is/was the GM? Include their website.
Chain Pulls FTW (http://chainpullsftw.dkpsystem.com/news.php), I was the GM and Raid Leader for the last 2 years
and The Knights of Ni (http://www.kon.dkpsystem.com/news.php) Katamara was GM and Raid Leader but he stop raiding due Real Life schedule last december
2. Why are you leaving your current guild?
Chain Pulls didnt survive the cataclysm, several of the raiders stop playing and a 10 man raiding guild wasnt what the rest wanted, so they jumped to other guilds
Knights of Ni, change leadership, and is having hard time to get 25 man online to do raids, and the new leaders have no experiense leading, and they even prefer to run 10 man (which is the 7 officers + 3 Real Life friends) instead of running farming content with 23, leaving more than 10 ppl outside the whole night even when there is best players outside
I have split my time in 2 raiding guilds for the last 3 years, its time to focus in 1
3. Do you play actively outside of raiding?
Yes, I like to get achievements, I normaly dont PVP (I didnt have time)
4. Are you able to take and improve upon harsh criticism?
Yes.
5. There will be bench time. Everyone will have to sit at one point in time or another. Are you okay with this?
Yes.
6. Why are you interested in joining Acquired Taste? do you currently know anyone in Acquired Taste?
I done know nanyone from "Acquired Taste" and like I said before, its time for me to focus in 1 guild and i want to kill bosses when it matters not months after, and to do that its needed a full group of skilled players, not 10 skiled ones, 6-8 good ones and carrying the rest
7. What are the other guilds you applied to? any particular reason why you are shopping for multiple guilds?
to be honest, ATM im filling application to "Tasty Beverage" in Bleeding Hollow server and "Reckoning" in Lightninghoof Server, I dont know anyone from this guild or server, but I know my server and there is simple not enough good players to support several good raiding guilds or any really good one, in my server we can not even pug, because it fails
