C. Raiding and Character information
1. Character Name | Spec | Class
Awayke- Im pretty flexible with my spec, currently im 52-5-14
Paladin
2. Are you a clicker?
no.
3. Do you have any notable alts?
Despierto- (awake in spanish lulz)- 76 dk
Oblivio-75 Rogue
Tampered- 80 Lock
4. What is your raiding experience Pre-BC? In BC? WoTLK? Specify if in a leadership role.
My career in WoW has been long, and many good memories. I started playing with a couple friends, some MC, BWL, Aq and the likes... Nothing major, when BC came out however I made quick progression strides and was officer of a guild on illidan (funky freaky fresh) that killed vashj and kael before it was easy. I then xfered with my friends to Eredar where I joined <Months Behind> and we got some high ranked US kills, notably US first Bruttalus and US 94th Illidan. After BC I lost track of the rankings and raided naxx for fun with my internet friends. I quit after killing Yogg and missed all of the stupid crusader raids and came back for Icecrown. I then joined <Powerhouse> and have killed 9/12 25 HICC and have killed everything on normal, obviously.
5. Provide an armory link to your character and a wowhead link to your normal raiding spec.

6. You will need lots of consumables to keep up with the pace during progression raids. Do you have the will and time to put in enough effort to keep an adequate amount?
Yes of course.
7. Will you come to a progression raid having already read any available information relevant to encounters?
Yes.
8. What do you think about beginning raids early and staying beyond the required raid times to down new content?
Early may get tricky, but if I am on obviously I will be there, more often then not I will be on an hour early or so.
As for late, it's no problem. Sleep is for the weak.
9. Post a WWS report / Wow Meter Online of a few recent raids in your guild. If your guild does not run these, post a screenshot(s) of your recount for some boss encounters. (DO NOT LEAVE THIS OUT)
I have no usable screenshots of any encounters considering I have never raided on this computer, I can at a later date though, no problem.
10. Post a screenshot of your UI while in a raid environment (in combat). (Give a list of any relevant addons not shown.)
The same applies^
But obviously I use
Grid, titanpanel, pallypower, bartender, dbm, and recount
those are just my raiding addons
D. Dual Spec
1. What is your secondary spec?
Prot or ret, currently ret
2. Are you able to play it as well as your main spec?
I can play it as well, but as my gear for ret and prot is only about 5500gs, and my holy gear is 6126, there is a difference
3. Are you willing to change your main spec and/or secondary spec for guild needs?
Of course, im pretty bad at ret though, but I have tanked high level content before and would have no problem with that.
E. Professions
1. What are your 2 professions? if they are not maxed to the level of profession perks, why not?
Enchanting/JC... they are both maxed
2. If you have a gathering profession, what is stopping you from dropping it for a profession that benefits your stats more?
I do not have a gathering profession.
F. Other Questions
1. What guild are you currently in? Who is/was the GM? Include their website.
Powerhouse of Kel'thuzad, the GM is Biggert and the site is outdated
powerhouseguild.com
2. Why are you leaving your current guild?
I want a more serious raiding guild to finish current content and work through cataclysm
3. Do you play actively outside of raiding?
I will be on quite a bit.
4. Are you able to take and improve upon harsh criticism?
Criticism is only there for you to get better
5. There will be bench time. Everyone will have to sit at one point in time or another. Are you okay with this?
Bench warming means a nap or watching sportscenter, fine by me.
6. Why are you interested in joining Acquired Taste? do you currently know anyone in Acquired Taste?
Not at all, this is a target server for myself and my friends to go to (See:KT sucks). Furthermore, nothing would suit me better than the best the server has to offer.
7. What are the other guilds you applied to? any particular reason why you are shopping for multiple guilds?
This is the only guild I have applied to.
8. How can we contact you outside of the game? AIM, Email, etc...
Email me at gordon4@live.com
Another thing: I won't be an ugly dwarf, all guilds previously before powerhouse were horde and I was a bloodelf, I thought, "hey dwarves are cool right?" wrong. anyway, I am a great healer, and although I wont be able to play for another month, I can promise that I am a pretty amazing healer and someone to truly enhance the playing level of your roster and assist in any way I can.
