BC: ZG, MC, BWL, AQ20/40, Ony, all cleared as mage (guild officer)
TBC: Sskzins didn't kill KJ, and im pretty sure didn't kill KT either.
WoTLK: All of T7, 11/12 Uld10, 10/12 Uld25, 5/5 ToC10/25, 3/5 ToGC25, 10/12 ICC10, 8/12 ICC25, but i know the fights to bring it to 10.
And easier ICC10 HMs (marrowgar, LDW, gunship, Blood Queen)

I know the hit is high, its that crappy trinket.
And my expertise, its those PoS boots. But I had PvP boots, so the 120 AP and stats that do more than resilience makes up for the lost crit for now. I know they suck, and I'm working on trying to replace them with something better. Also, WHY ARE NO ENCHANTERS ON ON THIS SERVER??????!!!!?!?!!?!?!?!?!!?!?!

Don't forget, I'm pugging. There's no guarantee I'm ever going to kill Marrowgar again on this server, I have to take what I can get if its ANY dps upgrade. I know how to gear, I'm just explaining why its wrong.

Also, I'm farming saronites for Shadow's Edge. I have the bloods. So, the JB should be changed soon.

Early is fine, but late.... i'm up 5 hours after the scheduled time for raid to end...

Here's a ToC... best I can do, pugging on Stormrage is almost as hard as getting into this guild.... typically 5.6k gs for 10m normals, and naturally most of the server is a ret pally....

Those macro's except for the AW one are all mouseover targets. The ones with no bind, are ctrl / alt clicks, which change that bottom bar, but I still need to see the CD on them. And I moved those bars away from on top of my buffs already.



D. Dual Spec

1. What is your secondary spec? Prot

2. Are you able to play it as well as your main spec? Close enough, but my gear sucks for it

3. Are you willing to change your main spec and/or secondary spec for guild needs? I'm willing to try, but if you assume im Satyra, I'm kicking you in the balls. Also, my raid tanking experience is pretty low...


E. Professions

1. What are your 2 professions? if they are not maxed to the level of profession perks, why not? Inscription / Jewelcrafting, and started hoarding stuff to level BS and drop inscription since I gave in and got SoH rep.

2. If you have a gathering profession, what is stopping you from dropping it for a profession that benefits your stats more? I use a gathering alt for that

One of the few times I get to weigh in on an applicant that I actually know. Most of the officers know Sskzins so this won't probably be anything new.

Tony was in <Ashes of Alar> with us, first on his mage and then on his paladin, coming in after Satyra and Alair, both of whom he knows in real life. He was mediocre on his mage, but decent on his ret paladin through Burning Crusade, when rets were less common. He stayed with AoA until Ulduar, then work forced him to go away (which was just one tiny factor in AoA's eventual downfall).

His DPS is decent, but I haven't seen him in a 25m raid with full buffs since the alt 25m ToC's that were run back in the fall/winter. His situational awareness is not the best though...he's gotten blown up on Icehowl a few times, but then so have some AT regulars, so no worse than people in the guild now. That may be damning with faint praise, but there it is.

I won't say "Oooh get this guy!" or "OMG FAIL keep away!" - I don't know enough about playing a ret paladin to judge just how well he does compared to Zaros or anyone else who plays the spec. But there's my two cents on him as a player from my experience over the last 2 1/2 years.

whoa whoa, that was ONE icehowl. If you remember, my problem was hitting myself for 10k damage and then an add spawning on top of me.

And since I don't hurt myself anymore, I don't die from that add. @#$@# replenishment.

And with that free internet, I get a Fiero, but i cant drive it right now because I crashed into the back of an SUV and broke my radiator, but how many of you don't agree that its worth having a Fiero?

Also, Comcast refuses to give me internet, and I'm stuck with this really really slow connection with Verizon because of @15 feet. Its slower, but I don't DC 50 times / night. Its not the fastest, but its stable

And don't forget, I have a Fiero.

Maybe try testing your internet from somewhere that isnt 2,450 miles away from you, assuming you dont live on some island out in the pacific and LA is actually the closest to you.

That only changes the ping.

Now, I can do the test with Philly, and have a ping of 40ms, but what does that mean when I'm playing off a server that's in LA?

Because 40ms is better then 121 but there's also the fact that I don't think before I type sometimes so just ignore me like everyone already does.

tried it, it brings it down a little, but nothing amazing. If I run it, ill be at around low 100s with vent running. I will get it.

The upload, while low, is still more than enough to give me no lag on input. And WoW doesn't send enough info for the download to even start to be a problem.

Yeah, my internet sucks, but all my numbers have no more of an effect on my playing than someone with a 7Mb download and 2Mb upload assuming we're the same ping.

South Jersey is just a little behind the world....

Trust me, if any of these numbers were an issue, id risk the dc's for the higher speed. But now, I'm still not getting close to using up my bandwidth when I raid

Willing to bet zaros would be more than happy to sit for most icc bosses. This would just be a trail raid and it would be in your hands to prove that you are able to play on the level we require. don't expect me to saying anything about any boss fight aside from minor positioning. That being said and me wanting to add more text ICC 25 is not scheduled, but most likely will be this tue/wed and small chance on thur or Sunday so basically be online 7pm and if we do icc 25 this week might have a trail spot for you.
